How depressing - I just cannot seem to lick this illness. Some kind of a sinus problem that I seem to have been fighting forever. Oh well...
The wife and kids are out and about - the wife is at the dentist. The kids are at my mother's house spending time with grandmom. Thank God for her help!
My birthday is fast approaching, and I hope that I will be back in the pink.
I have to seriously start training and working for better health. I will start riding the Brompton bike again quite soon, and will report my fun on SEPTA (South Eastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority) as often as possible.
